Social Distancing – Take a Hike in the Woods
During these uncertain times with the global pandemic of COVID-19 virus we are all looking for ways to stay safe and occupied. I was able to get outside and take a hike in the Sierra National Forest along the Lewis Creek National Scenic Trial which follows Lewis Creek. The Recent rains have filled the stream to an ideal photographic flow. About half way up the out and back trail is Corlieu falls. Downstream of the falls is an observation platform for viewing. The view from the platform is partially obscured by the dense forest. In order to take these pictures i had to scamper done the creek bank a little to get the view under the foliage.
I have included four images with different compositions. Which do you like Best? In close or pulled back?
