I had one night to “KILL” in Venice before connecting with a Photo Workshop in the Italian Dolomites the next morning, so i walked around the town for over 6 hours spanning the mid day sun to twilight to evening. While it is difficult to get totally lost in Venice (it is a small island) you can find many nook and crannies to explore and not know how to get back to the same spot. This city is so rich with texture and color it is hard to not find something to shoot around every corner. Below is a sampling of what can be seen.
